Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub, an American comedian and actress, is also known as Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub. After moving to America, she was born in Soviet Union to Jewish parents. Her career began as a child actor. From 2013 until 2016 she was the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams, and since 2020, she has been the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams. She rose to fame for her roles in television commercials. Her commercial appearances were not the only thing she appeared in. She was also a part of the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015) and played a part in a recurring role on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016-2017). Vayntrub was also part of the cast as Squirrelgirl in Marvel Rising in 2018 following her role in the pilot television series called New Warriors. Vayntrub was born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic, USSR, and is Jewish. Her parents and she left antisemitism at just two years old. They emigrated to the U.S. with their children. Due to the family's financial problems, she started acting in Mattel Barbie commercials as a five-year-old. Vayntrub was a student at Beverly Hills High School briefly, but she was kicked out of the school during her sophomore year. She later obtained an GED, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of California, San Diego. She was a member of improv comedy group the Upright Citizens Brigade.
